How long is the delivery time?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes! You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product. The product must be in its original condition.
How do I make a return?
Contact us at info@evirelle.com for return address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping in the case of a normal right of withdrawal.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received and approved your return, the refund will be made to the same payment method within 5–10 business days.
I have received a damaged or incorrect product – what do I do?
Email us directly with your order number and pictures of the error, and we will help you as quickly as possible. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping.
