This page explains which payment methods are accepted and the terms that apply to purchases.


Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment options:

Card Payment

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
All card payments are encrypted and processed through a secure payment solution.
We work with trusted payment providers that comply with current security standards (PCI DSS).

We never store your card information.


Klarna

When you pay through Klarna, you can choose between:

  • Pay now (with card or bank transfer)

  • Pay later / installment plan (monthly payments)

When paying with Klarna, their own terms and conditions apply.
A credit check may be carried out if you choose an installment plan.


Currency, Prices, and Fees

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Please note:

  • VAT, customs duties, and other import-related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These costs are beyond our control and are paid by you, the customer, at the time of delivery.

  • The final price including shipping is shown at checkout before completing your order, but any customs or import fees are not included in this amount.


Payment Terms

  • For card payments and Klarna “Pay Now,” the amount is charged at the time of purchase.

  • For Klarna installment payments, payment is made according to the payment plan you approved at checkout.

  • If payment through Klarna is missed, reminder fees and late payment interest may apply in accordance with Klarna’s terms.


Security

All payment information is handled through an encrypted and secure connection.
We only work with payment providers that meet current security standards.
We never store sensitive payment information such as card numbers or bank details in our systems.


Refunds

In the case of an approved return or claim, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return or claim has been approved.

Please note that any customs or import fees are not refunded by us.
