Here you can read about our delivery times, shipping costs, and what applies in the case of customs or import fees.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends are handled the following Monday.


Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 7–14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your address and external circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For returns, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise agreed upon in connection with an approved claim.


Customs and Import Fees


International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by you, the customer, upon delivery.
Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
If you refuse delivery due to unpaid customs or import fees, we cannot guarantee a full refund.


High-Value Returns

For returns of products valued over 750 SEK, we recommend:

  • Trackable shipping

  • Shipping insurance

We are not responsible for returns that cannot be tracked or do not reach us.
