Return & Refund Policy

Here you’ll find information about how to return a product, cancel your purchase, and receive a refund.

Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you – or someone on your behalf – received the item.

You may open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and function.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us in writing within 30 days via email.

  • Return the item within 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation.

We recommend that the product be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the product’s condition during return shipping.

If the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its function or characteristics, a deduction in valuemay be made from the refund.


Returns

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send a confirmation email.
We will then inform you whether your return and refund have been approved.

If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • It may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your card issuer or bank.

  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective products.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email.


Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost for a regular return.

  • If the product was defective upon delivery and your claim is approved, we cover the return shipping.

  • Any applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
