These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Evirelle / SH WebCom AB (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

2. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock errors, or other legitimate reasons.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


3. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

All prices are shown in your local currency where available; otherwise, they are displayed in EUR or USD.

Prices exclude any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.
These additional costs, if any, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.


4. Payment Terms

We accept secure payments via:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

  • Klarna (where available – including Pay Now or Installments)

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers using encrypted connections.
We never store your payment information.

The full amount is charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated (for example, in the case of an approved installment plan).


5. Processing and Shipping

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and carrier).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or during weekends are processed the following business day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues beyond our control.


6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@evirelle.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

  2. Return the item within 14 days of your request.

  3. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may apply.


7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@evirelle.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If approved, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your country regarding defective goods.


8. Customs, Import Fees, and Local Regulations

For international orders, customs procedures may vary depending on your location.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into your country.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the purchase price and are paid by the customer upon delivery.


9. Liability and Warranty

We strive to provide high-quality products and service. However:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, natural events).

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

This limitation does not affect your legal rights as a consumer in your country.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
